Most nutrition programs fail because they don't hold members accountable. We do 2 formal onboarding phone calls, bi-weekly formal check-ins, daily habit checklists, health questionnaires, and most importantly - unlimited access coaches via messaging within our app to give members all the support they ever need.

Meet The Coaches

Andrew met Kat through the fitness industry online, but they became friends when Kat coached Andrew and his wife on their nutrition. He was so impressed with Kat's coaching they had the idea to join forces and started Alta Coaching. 

​

Fast forward to today, Kat and Andrew have coached hundreds of clients. Alta has grown exclusively by word of mouth. They pride themselves on getting results for their clients in a way that doesn't disrupt other priorities such as family, friends, travel, or career. 

​

Kat is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. Kat’s multifaceted approach, coupled with her extensive certifications, makes her a trusted guide, enabling clients to overcome challenges and embrace a life of vitality and well-being.

​

Andrew is also a trainer and nutrition coach who uses his 15 years of experience in the corporate world to help coach other busy professionals and parents. He knows first-hand the challenges of juggling career, life, and health.
