Hey! I'm Kat. I'm a board‑certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, holistic lifestyle coach, and personal trainer, who understands what it’s like to feel trapped by digestive issues.

After seeing nutrition transform my own body (healing everything from bloating to constipation and more), I dove into certifications across functional nutrition, habit-change coaching, and personal training. I was determined to help busy women break free from gut discomfort, emotional eating, and yo‑yo habits... without guesswork.
